Vote in Person
If you plan to vote in person, polling locations will be open to the public. Polls will be open from 6AM-8PM.

Vote by Mail

To download an absentee ballot application, click here. You can also contact the Town Clerk's office at townclerk@stamfordct.gov or call (203)-977-5280 to request an application.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all voters are eligible to vote by absentee ballot in this election, pursuant to Senate Bill 1202 of the June 2021 special session.

When filling out the application, make sure to complete the following: 

​

1. Section 1 - Fill out your contact information 

2. Section 2 - Check off the reason you are voting by absentee ballot (all voters can check off "COVID-19")

3. Section 3 - Sign and date the application

 

You can return your ballot via one of the options below: 

​

1. Place it in a drop box located at the Government Center parking garage (888 Washington Boulevard) or the Harry Bennett Library next to the outdoor book drop (115 Vine Road). 

2. Starting October 1, you can bring your application to the Town Clerk's office between 8:00 am - 3:30 pm and fill out a ballot and vote. 

3. Mail your completed and signed application to:

All ballots must be received by the close of polls, 8:00pm on Election Day.
